Embedding a Video in Wordpress

So, my friend Judy needed help embedding youtube video in her wordpress website.  I’m pretty handy so I made my own video explaining how to do it.  Click on the embedded vimeo video to view it.  (Note:  You do the same procedure with Vimeo, or any other video sharing site video.)

    Wow, I see clearly now….I think. Let me put my glasses on. i am off to give it a try. One note…My youtube page looked different.Have they changed that like facebook did????

    But I stillhave questions like that drop down box full of where to place caption and other gobblygook. You’re not done yet.
